I came across this incorrect version of a letter in my LA handout of a person applying for a job and it's really funny. Here it is:

Hello there,

I see that you've a vacancy in your company, for the post of clerk. Look no further. Your search ends here. I've just finished the big 'Os' and I know I'm the right guy for the job.

My teachers think I'm a great kid and I'm good at doing clerical stuff like filing, typing etc. You see I was a secretary of the School Publication committee and you know how much typing we secretaries do- duh! Besides I am also good with computers.

So how about it? Just pick up the phone man and call me at 90012345 to discuss your offer.
